A blog provides a place where project users can post project commentary or information in a journal entry format.

A blog is made up of multiple entries. Entries can be created by project users. Other project users can then comment on the entry.
You can receive automatic email notification when a new blog entry is posted or when an existing entry is edited or commented on.
You can attach relevant documents Project documents or files are uploaded to Collaboration and held in a repository. Collaboration provides the facilities to check out files, check in revised files, and submit project files to the portal. Collaboration tracks all activities about a file in its file revision history. or files to blog entries.
Blogs and blog entries inherit the security of the project. The default security is as follows:
Project Leaders can create, edit, and delete blog entries, and add and delete comments.
Project Members can create blog entries and add comments. Project members can also edit or delete their own blog entries and delete their own comments.
Project Guests can view blog entries and comments.
