Download Files

The Download Files dialog box lists statistics for each of the files included in the Zip that you are downloading to your computer. After you have read the statistics:

1. Click Download to continue.
   The File Download dialog box appears.

2. Click one of these buttons to complete the process:

• Open

• Save

• Cancel

If the following occurs, the process aborts and Oracle WebCenter Collaboration prompts you to take further action:

• The file size exceeds the maximum set by the portal administrator.

• You tried to create a Zip of a folder that contains no files.

Note: Names of files and folders in the .zip may appear as garbled if they are in a language that differs from the language of the project, or if the .zip file is opened from an operating system that uses any other language than that of the project.

1. Navigate to the Document Explorer portlet or Documents application view.
2. Select the files or folders that you want to download as a Zip.
3. Click in the Download  button, and, from the drop-down menu, select Zip Download.
