Select a Process

Available when Oracle WebCenter Collaboration is integrated with Oracle BPM and when you have access to the Process - Applications portlet. If you do not have access to the Process - Applications portlet, contact your administrator.

Use this window to select the process that you want to initiate using the document that you selected.

Select the button next to the process name to initiate that process. You can click next to a process name to view documentation about that process. If no documentation about the process is available, is displayed.

After selecting the process, click Next to launch the Select Document Location dialog box.

1. Select a project in the My Projects or Community Projects portlet.
2. Click the Documents tab in the application view.
3. In the table pane Upper right section of the application view. The table pane displays all objects contained in the node you selected in the navigation tree. You can also view detailed information about the objects in the table pane by selecting the check box next to the item. Detailed information appears on the details pane., select the document that you want to use to initiate a process.
4. Click Initiate Process.
