You can attach one or more documents to an event. Before you do so, you need to have uploaded the documents to Oracle WebCenter Collaboration so you can select them.
To attach a document to an event:
Click on an event within the calendar.
The Event Details dialog box appears.
Click Attach Documents.
The Choose Documents dialog box appears.
Choose one or more documents that you want to attach to the event.
Click Finish
in the Choose Documents dialog box.
You are returned to the Event Details dialog box.
Click Close
in the Event Details dialog box.
You are returned to the calendar.
