Configure the settings to enable Oracle WebCenter Collaboration to synchronize calendar information with Microsoft Exchange server or IBM Lotus Notes server.
Click Finish after you are done configuring the following:
Setting |
Description |
User Name |
Type your Exchange or Lotus Notes user name. This is usually the same as your Microsoft Windows user name. |
Password |
Type your Exchange or Lotus Notes password. This is usually the same password you used to log in to Microsoft Windows. |
Domain |
Exchange only. Type the name of the Windows domain that you logged in to. |
Mailbox |
Exchange only. Type the name
of your mailbox. It is the first part of your email address. For example,
if your address is user@email.com, type |
Server |
Select an Exchange or Lotus Notes server from the drop-down list. If you are not sure which server to use, contact your system administrator. |
Synchronize |
Available if the Administrator has enabled the calendarAutoSynch parameter of config.xml. Select the Oracle WebCenter Collaboration objects that you want to synchronize with Exchange or Lotus Notes. The synchronization occurs every night. |
