Search Tips
You can filter your search by clicking on the aggregated results that appear above the individual search results list. For example, if 96 individual items appear in the search results list, and two of those items are of type Discussions, then a Discussions icon appears with a 2 next to it. You can click on the Discussions icon to view a list of only these two discussions.
You can sort your search results by choosing a sorting option from the Sort by drop-down list:
Relevance: Sorts your results according to how closely they match your search query.
Last Modified Date: Displays your results in the order in which they were most recently edited.
Personal Project Items in Search Results
Search results contain only items from your own personal project, and do not contain items from other users' personal projects.
If your search did not return the desired items, you can perform an entirely new search, or narrow your search by searching only within the search results.
To perform a search from the Search Results page:
Choose the type of search from the Search drop-down list:
New Search: Search within the entire system, ignoring the current search results.
Search Within Results: Search within the current search results.
Enter a text string in the Search field.
Choose the desired language or All Languages from the Languages drop-down list. If the desired language does not appear in the Languages drop-down list, choose Show More to select from a larger list of languages.
Choose the desired category or All Categories from the Categories drop-down list.
Press Enter.
