Settings

Select the frequency at which task owners and assigned users receive alerts for all tasks within the task list:

  • Once: Alerts are sent one time for tasks that become overdue. If you change the setting from Never to Once when alerts are already overdue, alerts are not sent for those tasks.

  • Daily: Alerts are sent nightly for tasks that are at least 24 hours overdue.

  • Weekly: Alerts are sent every Friday night once a task in this task list becomes overdue. If any tasks are overdue at the time that you change the setting to Weekly from any other setting, Oracle WebCenter Collaboration waits until tasks are one week overdue before sending out alerts for those tasks.

  • Never: Task alerts are never sent for tasks in the task list. This is the default.
