Oracle WebCenter Collaboration saves all revisions of a wiki page and keeps a version history. You can view any version of the wiki page.
Each time a wiki page is saved, this latest version becomes the working version; however, users can roll back to a previous version. Only the latest working version is indexed for searching.

To manage version history:
Navigate to the Wiki application view page.
Select a wiki page in the navigation tree.
In the details pane
action bar, click View Versions.
The Wiki Page Versions dialog box appears.
View wiki page versions and perform actions as described in the tables below.
Click Close.
You are returned to the Wiki application view page.
The following table describes the information available in the Wiki Page Versions dialog box.

Revision |
Version number of the wiki page. Click the revision number to view that version of the wiki page.

Date Created |
Date and time the revision was uploaded or checked in. |
Comment |
Shows user comments that were entered when saving new versions. |

Revert the current working version to this version. Usually, the latest revision of a wiki page is the working version that users can view in the Wiki application view, but you can designate a previous version of a wiki page as the working version.
You must have Edit access or be the owner of a wiki page to revert it to a previous version. |

Permanently delete a wiki page version. Click You must have Admin access or be the owner of a wiki page to delete one of its versions. |
