Add Users
Subscribe users and roles to the Oracle WebCenter Collaboration object. From the Choose Users dialog box, select the roles and users:
Type a name into the Search text box to perform a search for a user.
Note: Do not use any wildcards when searching for users.Expand the tree to select roles and individual users. Individual users belong to groups that are assigned to roles. For example, KurtF belongs to the Administrators group that is assigned to the Project Leaders role. When you select a role, you are subscribing all of the users who are assigned to the role; you are not subscribing the users within the groups that are assigned to that role.
When you have finished selecting users, click Finish.
Immediate
Select for users to receive an immediate notification email when a notification event occurs on the object. To unsubscribe users, clear this check box and the Summary and RSS check boxes next to the user or role.
Summary
Select for users to receive a notification email that summarizes the notification events on the object. Oracle WebCenter Collaboration does not send empty summaries. Users can use the Subscription Explorer to configure how frequently they receive summary notification emails. To unsubscribe users, clear this check box and the Summary and RSS check box next to the name user or role.
Available when your administrator has enabled RSS feeds. Add the RSS feed for the object the users' personal RSS feeds.
